Christopher Clamp Awarded Prestigious Grant

Provincetown Art Association and Museum Exhibition

We are delighted to share the news that gallery artist Christopher Clamp has been named a 2025 recipient of the prestigious Lillian Orlowsky and William Freed Grant, awarded by the Provincetown Art Association and Museum.

Known for his intimate, emotionally rich still lifes, Christopher's work captures the poetry of everyday objects with extraordinary sensitivity and technical mastery. Selected from over 700 applicants nationwide, this honor recognizes the strength, vision, and distinct voice that define his painting practice.

Established in 2010, the Lillian Orlowsky and William Freed Grant honors the legacy of two celebrated Provincetown painters and champions artists who embody their spirit of artistic integrity and innovation. It has since become a nationally recognized award supporting exceptional painters across the United States.

As part of the award, Christopher's work will be featured in an exhibition at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum in 2026-an exciting opportunity to see his paintings in dialogue with the history and future of American art.
